Does the New Ram 1500 Have a Hurricane Engine?

As you may have heard, there are some new engines joining the Ram 1500 lineup for the 2025 model year. There are two Hurricane engines available for the Ram 1500, in addition to the standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 you already know and love. The first Hurricane option is the 3.0L Hurricane I6, rated at 420 horsepower, and 469 lb-ft of torque. With this engine, the Ram 1500 can tow up to 11,560 pounds, and haul up to 1,910 pounds of payload. There's also an available High-Output 3.0L Hurricane I6, which delivers 540 horsepower and 521 lb-ft of torque. The High Output engine also lets you tow up to 10,740 pounds, and haul up to 1,370 pounds of payload. This engine also earns the 1500 the title of the Strongest Ram 1500 Ever, beating out the competition with its horsepower ratings!

What Do We Know About the Ram 1500 Tungsten?

There are tons of new features for the 2025 Ram 1500, including an all-new Tungsten trim that's packed with luxurious features! For example, the Tungsten features a power tailgate, 22-inch polished wheels, 24-way power front seats with heating and ventilation, and a class-exclusive Klipsch® Reference Premiere Audio System! In addition to heating and cooling, the Tungsten's seats also offer memory and massage, for ultimate comfort. As for the Klipsch audio system, it features 23 speakers, and a 12-inch subwoofer to deliver powerful audio no matter what! The powered tailgate puts your convenience at the forefront by letting you open and close it with the push of a button, either on your key fob, or on the dashboard!

Does the 2025 Ram 1500 Have Towing Tech Features?

As we mentioned above, the Ram 1500 has some impressive towing and hauling capabilities for 2025! In addition to its powerful engines, this truck is also offering some high-tech towing features to help you out on the road.
